FAQ

What does a monthly visit cover?

The visit checklist covers refrigeration and walk-in temperatures, AC and rooftop units, hood and exhaust, drains and grease, doors and hardware, paint and finishes, and electrical. You get a photo report. The plan also describes a quarterly tune-up: coil cleaning, belts, filter changes, and drain snaking.

Are repairs included?

A fix under 30 minutes during a scheduled visit is labor-free and does not use included hours. Standard includes 2 repair hours per store per month. Premium includes 8, and those hours cover emergencies. Parts are billed at cost plus 15%. A part whose cost is over $250 needs approval before the visit closes.

Do unused repair hours roll over?

No. Included hours reset each calendar month in America/New_York and are tracked in 30-minute blocks. Extra labor is $85 per hour on Basic, $76.50 on Standard, and $72.25 on Premium. There is no overtime rate.

Where do you work?

All five NYC boroughs. On-site visits use New York ZIP codes 100-149. Manhattan stores add $25 per month for parking.

How do managers request service?

Each store gets a QR code. Managers scan it and log an issue with photos, without creating an account. Owners see requests for every store in one portal and can open a live status page for the visit.
