The visit is built for a working kitchen: walk-in and reach-in temperatures, rooftop or store HVAC, hood filters and make-up air, pot-sink and floor drains, doors, and the electrical circuits that trip when a line starts.
It is not hood duct cleaning, a fire-suppression inspection, or grease interceptor pumping. Those are quoted separately. A building boiler or a landlord roof is not the store plan.
