The monthly visit checklist covers refrigeration and walk-in temperatures, AC and rooftop units, hood and exhaust, drains and grease, doors and hardware, paint and finishes, and electrical. You get a photo report.
A fix under 30 minutes on the scheduled visit is labor-free. Standard includes 2 repair hours. Premium includes 8 repair hours, including emergencies. Included hours reset each calendar month and do not roll over.
Hood duct cleaning, fire-suppression inspections, grease interceptor pumping, landlord building systems, roofs, permits, and IT are not included. Those are quoted separately.
