Who Is Husham?

Husham is Fixt’s customer-facing AI agent — named and branded consistently across fixt.live, FixtMarket, and phone/SMS channels. Husham helps you diagnose issues, post repair jobs, order materials, navigate fixer onboarding, and reach a live human when you say “agent” or press 0 on the phone menu.

Channels That Work Today

Web: fixt.live/agent and embedded chat on market pages. SMS and voice via Twilio when configured. WhatsApp via api.whatsapp.com deep link with prefill. Telegram via @FixtAIBot with /start fixt. Each channel routes into the same agent core so context and capabilities stay aligned.

What Husham Can Do

Answer repair questions with AI models (OpenRouter with free-tier routing where enabled). Build FixtMarket carts and return checkout links. Generate post-job URLs for flash bidding. Explain escrow, pricing, and how to choose a bid. Transfer to a live agent phone number when you need a person.

What Husham Does Not Do

Husham does not bypass escrow, approve refunds unilaterally, or modify production systems without human oversight. Destructive autonomy is blocked platform-wide. For disputes, billing exceptions, or legal questions, Husham routes you to Fixt support or the admin team.
